Why would I receive a bill after I've paid?
Invoices can be printed up to two weeks before you receive them. So it is possible that you may receive one bill after you paid. If our invoice and your payment crossed in the mail, we do apologize. You should not receive any additional bills. If you have a question concerning a payment, please contact us.

How do I replace a missing or damaged issue?
If you should miss an issue or one is delivered damaged, we will replace it if possible, or extend your subscription. Just let us know which issue you need replaced - either online or by mail.

Does KIDS DISCOVER share any personal information?
From time to time we will make address lists available to other responsible companies that market their products through the mail. We do not share the child's name. Instead a generic address form is used. If you would like your account removed please contact us with the address to be removed.
